Activity: Learning Outcome 2, Yoga in the Morning

     Lately I have been trying to stay active, while also staying safe and socially distanced. Yoga has always been one of my outlets for exercise, and has always been an important part of my life. But when Covid happened, my yoga studio closed down and I reverted to exercising at home. However, now that it's six months into Covid, my yoga stdio has moved outside with socially distanced mat placing put into place. Even though, it still made me nervous to go back to the studio, because I knew that it still got really busy in the afternoons. Because of that, I decided to go in the morning for their 5:30am class. I have never been a crazy morning person, so I was nervous that I wasn't going to wake up for my class. I was also nervous that it was happening before school, and that I wouldn't get home in time for my first class. 

    So come 5:30 on a Tuesday morning, and woke up to a loud alarm on my bedside table. I ended up being able to get out of bed really easily because I was so excited for my class. It was dark when we got there, and as we began the class, the sun began to rise, and it was really really beautiful. I ended up really liking the class, and would definitely go back for another class because I enjoyed it so much.
