Activity: Learning Outcome 3, Thirty Days of Yoga

Over the next month, I'm going to be attempting to do one hour of yoga everyday through my local yoga studio. I did this challenge my sophomore year, at a point in my life that felt very poginat. This again feels like another important time in my life, another changing of the chapter, and I felt like it would be good to close it with another 30 days of yoga.
I think this challenge is going to be much more difficult compared to my last one because of my schedule with work and school. I work Saturdays and Sundays all day, and then will be having to go in the morning before school sometimes. I remember last time feeling challenged with my schedule, and I wasn't even working then. This next month I'm going to have to be a little more structured with when and how I will be taking my classes. I've taken morning classes before, which begin at 6, and find the enjoyable, however it can be hard to go to school right after. I think with the right planning I can make the mornings work, which will be very important for my scheduling. I think making it work may be difficult, however, despite all the setbacks, I am excited to be challenged both mentally and physically in this endeavor.
